We discovered Fujiyama while exploring Vernon, before our visit to nearby Giverny. We were more than pleasantly surprised. The sushi, sashimi and rolls offered in their "Love Boat" offering for two was fresh, fabulous and extremely reasonable by US standards. We even got a bottle of decent French white wine for 15 Euros.The other options on the menu looked awesome, too. Be aware that this is not a fancy place by any means.
