Sale of takeaway (Click & Collect) and delivered dishes by Fujiyama.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Fujiyama reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: you pay on site when you collect your order, or on delivery. Methods: bank card and cash; meal vouchers (titres-restaurant) and chèques-vacances are also accepted for delivery.
4. Delivery / collection
Click & Collect: collection at the restaurant, at the time slot chosen when ordering. Delivery: free in the towns we serve around Vernon, with a minimum order of €15 to €40 depending on the town (€15 in Vernon). The towns served, the applicable minimum and the estimated delivery time are shown when you order.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
